<image:title>who we are - dr nadia somers</image:title>
<image:caption>I have 11 years of clinical and research experience in NHS psychological services. My recent NHS roles include working as a senior psychologist with adults, young people, families and staff at The Evelina Children’s Hospital, in the Clinical Genetics Department at Guy’s Hospital and at the Gender Identity Development Service, at the Tavistock & Portman. My aim is to work with the knowledge and experience held in the mind and body of the people consulting me. I think of therapy as a collaborative project that is supported by drawing on the ideas of evidence-based approaches such as narrative therapy, systemic approaches, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT) and psychodynamic ideas.</image:caption>

<image:title>who we are - dr fran lassman</image:title>
<image:caption>I have ten years of experience working with adults, young people and families in NHS and private healthcare settings. I have a particular interest in co-researching identity with people, particularly at significant transition points in their lives. this includes- but is not limited to- people coming to terms with loss, living with the challenges of health conditions, parenthood, sexuality, ageing and fertility issues. my approach is collaborative and informal. I have a particular interest in narrative ways of working, whilst also drawing on other evidence-based approaches including CBT, mindfulness and compassion-focused therapy. I am a firm believer in sharing the load between the mind and the body, and actively seek out ways to include the body in any work I do.</image:caption>

<image:title>who we are - dr hannah stringer</image:title>
<image:caption>I have 10 years of clinical experience across NHS, private and charitable sectors. Alongside my private work, I work in London leading an emotional wellbeing service for young people and families. My current focus is working creatively alongside marginalised groups to improve access to and innovate mental health services. My work is centred around principles of co-production, collaboration and an acknowledgement that people are the experts in their own lives. My approach involves working alongside people to co-create ways through problems or difficult life transitions. I aim for my practice to be integrative, valuing a collaborative approach where therapy is tailored to the individual, working creatively based on a person’s interests and values. I draw on a range of evidence based approaches, including CBT and Systemic therapies. I have a particular interest in narrative therapy which seeks to develop shared understandings of people’s difficulties and makes visible possibilities for preferred ways of living.</image:caption>
