we have extensive experience in the nhs, private and charity sectors in supporting the mental health and well-being of individuals and teams. we can support staff and organisations to reduce the risk of burnout and moral distress. we are also experienced in supporting healthcare professionals in their work with patients in order to improve patient care and outcomes.

we veer away from tokenistic self-help tips and forefront biopsychosocial understandings of well-being and a “collective-care” ethos, where each individual is considered within and part of a wider context.
